Arizona 811 utilizes Utilisphere mobile field workforce software, enabling Members to receive, respond to and manage tickets online. Arizona 811 can assist underground facility owners/operators in setting up Utilisphere. Complete and return this questionnaire to get started:
Arizona 811 understands that many Members must also create tickets to have other underground facilities located prior to their own installation and maintenance projects. Using E-Stake saves time and money – especially if your company or agency creates numerous tickets every month. Become a Member of Arizona 811
Arizona law requires all owners and operators of underground facilities to be a member of a One-Call Notification Center (Arizona 811), as of December 31, 1988. Arizona 811 can add new members and service areas at any time. Call (602) 659-7531 or email Customer.Support@Arizona811.com.
Please specify in the “Remarks” section which facility owner/operator(s) are impacted and the details of the issue (Did they not respond at all? Were their marks incomplete? Do you not understand their marks? Did you receive a voice mail message, email or other notice that you did not agree to or understand?).
When you are ready to submit this transaction, have the Arizona 811 Locate Specialist select (if by phone) or you can select (if by E-Stake) only the facility owner/operator(s) that are impacted. This transaction will be treated as a priority and will be sent to the impacted facility owner/operator(s) immediately.
It is important to process this follow-up transaction to document the situation in addition to any other verbal or written communication you have with the facility owner/operator(s) to ensure proper documentation of the situation is recorded on your ticket.
