Landlord Notification of Excavation Work Form Arizona 811 provides excavators who will be digging at registered apartment or mobile home community with a Landlord Notification of Excavation Work Form that is already completed. Excavators can view the form here and/or download it, complete it themselves and send it, by certified mail, to landlords that are not registered with Arizona 811. Landlords who receive this completed form are required to respond to the excavator within 10 working days, excluding weekends and state-recognized holidays. |
